Jack has 15 years of enterprise learning experience and has built a business that thrives on ensuring an exceptional customer experience. He brings over 13 years of experience in media production and 10+ years of producing explainer videos and developing online courses to this project. His clients include publicly traded healthcare companies, colleges, social media educators, state and local governments, and corporations of all sizes, and represent an 87% repeat rate. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Transylvania University in Economics and Philosophy, and a Master of Public Administration from Morehead State University.

Alicia Still Branum

Chief Operations Officer

Alicia Branum brings a unique perspective as a licensed attorney, experienced project manager, and instructional designer. Along with nearly two decades of legal practice, Alicia has spent the last decade advising on matters of corporate risk and strategy, while casting a broad vision for our customers’ success. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Transylvania University in Political Science and her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
